Three days, every five years, the McCarthys come back to one another. Here's how the gathering works.
A weekend held together by fifty-one years of practice
The McCarthy Family Reunion has gathered descendants of Patrick Francis and Mary Ann Cecelia McCarthy every five years since 1975. We come from across the country and for one long weekend in summer we're all at the same table again.
The next reunion is hosted by The Sevens, the seventh-generation cousins, at Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, Maryland, the weekend of July 16–18, 2027.

Registration is per-event
The big banquet, the golf outing, the kids' programs, each with its own sign-up. Pick what your family wants to do; nothing is mandatory.
The Green Book is alive
Our family directory is updated by you. Add your branch, fix a birthdate, tell us about the new baby. Submissions are reviewed by the host family.
